Andrew Fell Customer Service & Import SupportAndrew has been with E.H. Harms for just over a year. Working initially to support the Import Team he obtained a firm grasp of the processes and procedures within the office. With this experience he was enabled to transition into his dedicated Customer Service role. He would say that he is ‘that guy, you know, the guy you always talk to first when you call our office.' However, Andrew's customer service roles and import support responsiblities extend beyond simply answering the phones. He plays an integral role within the office and has helped support every department.
